Can everyone who receives the email view it as html?
Some users aren't able to receive HTML email properly and there are even a small percentage of users who can't receive HTML email at all. enewscentral accommodates all users through a variety of techniques to ensure they are able to view your newsletters. Every user is given the opportunity to view the newsletter in its proper layout, even if they can only receive text only emails, through the use of automatic web page versions of your newsletters.
What happens if the email address is incorrect?
Bounce management ensures you won’t be receiving incorrect emails! eNewscentral complies them into report for you at the end of each campaign so you can either correct them, or remove them, the choice is yours. This is a great way to keep your database up-to-date.

Who supplies the email list?
The email list needs to be supplied from your organisation in CSV format, which you can upload into enewscentral.com.au. We are happy to help in preparing your database for importation into enewscentral.com.au.

How long does it take to send the emails?
The emails start sending within 15 minutes of you hitting the 'Go' button and our mail servers are monitored 24x7 to ensure a quick delivery. Speed depends on how many emails you are sending, though it does take less than an hour to send 100,000 emails, so our mail server is dedicated to delivering them FAST!

Can I use the same template again?
Yes, you can use the same template for as long and as much as you like. We do recommend changing your template over time to keep your readers interested.
Can we have more than 2 designs for the templates?
Yes, you can have as many as you want. Simply ask us for information on the various types of design we can supply.
Is there a word limit for the email?
No, however, keep in mind that your audience may not want to read a lot of info. Links can be created within the email to reference back to promotions or articles on your website.
